The gallery is showing the Australian painter David Rankin (*1946) who lives and works in New York. David Rankin is married to the Australian writer Lily Brett (Suhrkamp publishing house). As one of the most important Australian artist the roots of his oevre go back to Paul Klee and to Asian art combined with the art of the Australian Aborigne. His truly universal work has been exhibited and described in various publications as in
«The Walls of the Heart» by Dore Ashton, New York. The paintings are part of international collections as the Australian National Gallery and the Jewish Museum New York.
